Rewards Programs

One of the best ways to get someone’s attention is to offer an award for them doing a specific
task or deed. For example, “Precious” the neighbor’s poodle is lost and her owner puts up
a poster offering a $50 Reward for whom ever finds “Precious” and brings her home. The
neighborhood children become mobilized and not long afterwards little Bobby proudly comes up
the street with Precious in tow.
Many times wise managers will offer rewards for those who will get up and become motivated to
help solve a problem or make something good happen.
