Sales Incentives

Many organizations promote their products to their customers or to those people who sell the
products or services. We live in a what’s In It for Me? World. What is in it for the salesperson
to sell your product ahead of other brands on the shelves? What’s in it for the contractor to
buy all of their supplies from your warehouse instead of the other place up the block? Sales
Incentives have been used to motivate and reward people to buy, to sell, to be faithful, to be
a full time shopper and to help build sales volume and increased profits. What is the sales
incentive, a Reward, a Prize, a Gift, a trophy that comes because of loyalty and positive
